Management

Founded in 1995 in Boston, Massachusetts, Polaris Capital Management, LLC is an independent organization with complete investment autonomy. The firm’s professionals evaluate investments based on Polaris’ investment criteria and fundamental security analysis.

Corporate Giving

Polaris Capital recognizes the importance of global citizenship, which is evidenced by active support of local and national charities. We encourage our employees to participate in charitable ventures, dedicating both time and resources for the betterment of local communities. Our philanthropic contributions range from education to healthcare to cultural causes that are near and dear to us. On a firm-wide level, Polaris Capital works closely with four distinctly different organizations -- but all have the same ultimate goal: to work with families and children in need. We would like to call attention to them and hope others may support the causes.

  • ANGEL FLIGHT NORTHEAST

Since Angel Flight Northeast's first flight in 1996, our mission coordinators have scheduled more than 45,000 flights and our 1,000+ Volunteer Pilots have flown nearly 10 million miles providing more than 60,000 patients and their families free air transportation to medical care.

  • BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA

The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation's largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations. The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness.

  • PROJECT REBIRTH

Project Rebirth is the nonprofit organization stemming from the feature-length documentary Rebirth. Project Rebirth serves as a vehicle to promote the unique preparedness needs of first responders as the frontline of disaster recovery.

  • SAFE PASSAGE

Safe Passage is a non-profit organization working in Guatemala City to bring hope, education, and opportunity to the children and families living in extreme poverty around the City's garbage dump. The program includes 550 children coming from nearly 300 families in the surrounding neighborhoods.
